Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks about Bernie Sanders admitting that the big tech Trump social media ban was probably not a good idea, Mazie Hirono and Tammy Duckworth demanding AAPI racial quotas for Biden cabinet members, Project Veritas having a court victory against the New York Times, and the results are in for the California vs. Florida COVID wars! First Dave shares how even Bernie Sanders is now admitting in an interview with Ezra Klein for the NYTimes that Big Tech’s ability to ban a sitting president is probably too much power. Democratic senators Hirono and Duckworth tried to push for more Asian representation from the Biden cabinet picks in the name of diversity, but have now backed down from their diversity and inclusion strategy. James O’Keefe scored a big win in court when a judge ruled that his Project Veritas defamation lawsuit against the New York Times will not be dismissed. Finally Dave shares some data from Clay Travis at Outkick that seems to show that California’s lockdowns severely damaged their economy and increased unemployment without saving significantly more lives than Ron Desantis’ no-lockdown policy in Florida.
