Former President Donald Trump is suing writer E. Jean Carroll with his own claim of defamation. Back in May, a jury found Trump liable for sexually assaulting Carroll but claimed he was not liable for rape. Carroll did not abide by these rulings and went on CNN and claimed Trump did in fact rape her.
